What I Do
I get conventional businesses running on systems, so you stop putting out fires around the clock.

The Gap
Every time a new tool shows up, someone tells you it is “a must-have”.
But your problem is not the tools. The process is still a mess.
That is where I come in: process first, technology after.
What I Do
Entry / 2 weeks
I map every process in your business, find the root causes, and hand you a priority list. You know exactly what to fix first.
Core / monthly retainer
I oversee your engineering and operations. Technology calls, vendors, hiring, systems. You stay focused on running the business.
Part of the retainer / per process
AI goes into processes that already run cleanly, one at a time, with a human checkpoint and a number being measured. Not buying tools and hoping something changes.
Project / from scratch
SaaS, automation, POS, internal tools. Built, used, and measured against real operations. Like the POS I built and run across 8 outlets.
AI Implementation
I do not sell AI. I put it where a mistake is still catchable, and I say no when the risk outweighs the saving.
Worth automating with AI
Do not hand to AI

I am Vincent Oktavian, a fractional CTO and operator-tech hybrid based in Indonesia. I help owners of conventional businesses (F&B, laundry, multi-outlet) get their operations running on systems: process first, technology after.
I am not an “AI consultant”, and not just a “fullstack dev”. I am an operator-tech hybrid, and that is a gap almost nobody fills.
I run 8 laundry outlets, and I built the SaaS POS those outlets run on. So when I talk about process and systems, it is not theory off a slide deck. It comes from daily operations.
My background is Electrical Engineering at ITB and the MIT Innovation Bootcamp, but the part that matters more: I believe tech without systems is just hype. So I build both.
These days I help owners of conventional businesses (F&B, laundry, multi-outlet) get their operations running on systems, without living as a full-time firefighter.
FAQ
I start from the operational process, not from tools. An agency usually waits for your spec and then builds it. I help decide what is worth building at all, and often the answer is not new software yet, but a process and SOP that gets cleaned up first.
Start with a Systems Audit. Roughly 2 weeks to map every process you run today, find the root causes, then produce a priority list. After that you can run with it yourself or keep working with me.
Process fixes usually show up in the first 2 to 4 weeks, because the first thing we fix is whatever eats most of your day. Building new systems takes longer, depending on scope.
Strategy, audit, and technical decisions I handle directly. For larger builds I assemble and supervise the team, so you do not have to manage vendors one by one.
It fits best for businesses with real revenue already coming in that are starting to feel overwhelmed, typically 1 to 20 outlets or a team under 100 people. If you are still validating an idea, you probably do not need me yet.
AI only speeds up a process that is already clear. If the process is still chaotic, AI just produces chaos faster. Tech without systems is hype, so the system comes first.
Most of it runs remote. For the initial audit and businesses with physical operations, an on-site visit is usually worth it so I can see the workflow myself.
